Professional Referral Partnerships for Serious Financing Requirements

Extend Your Financing Capability Without Changing Your Role

Professional advisers often encounter financing needs that sit outside their own scope, lender relationships or execution capacity. The Strategic Introducer Network provides a defined route to bring those cases to GMFG without requiring the adviser to become a finance intermediary or take on GMFG’s work.

Where a case is suitable, GMFG assesses the financing requirement, formalises its own advisory relationship with the client and carries the financing process forward. The network is designed for professionals such as fractional CFOs, accountants and tax advisers, commercial and corporate lawyers, former senior bankers and board advisers, and selected project or sector consultants with genuine client relationships.

What Professionals Usually Want to Know

Before expressing interest, the basic working principles should be clear. The network is structured to protect roles, client relationships and case ownership without creating unnecessary complexity.

1. Who is the Strategic Introducer Network for?

It is intended for established independent professionals who already advise or work with businesses, project sponsors or owners and may encounter serious financing requirements that need specialist support.

No. The network is fully non-exclusive. GMFG may work with multiple Strategic Introducers in the same country, sector or market.

Yes. Introductions may be cross-border. Geography does not create exclusivity or restrict a Strategic Introducer to one market.

Yes. You retain your existing professional relationship with the client. GMFG enters its own advisory relationship for the financing work and manages that process within the scope of its mandate.

Once GMFG has enough information to identify the client and financing requirement, it reviews the case and, where accepted, confirms the introduction in writing and assigns the relevant case reference. A vague name mention alone does not create a registered introduction.

Commercial terms are confirmed in writing for each accepted case through the applicable Case Schedule. Referral remuneration is success-based and linked to the relevant GMFG fee event for that case.

No. A Strategic Introducer remains independent and is not an employee, agent, branch, country representative or authorised representative of GMFG.

GMFG reviews the professional fit and contacts you directly. If both sides wish to proceed, we request a short set of registration details to create your GMFG Introducer Reference ID and prepare the formal onboarding documents.

Clear roles create stronger referrals.
Ambiguity creates risk for everyone.

Why Professionals Join the Network

The network is designed to add a financing capability around the professional relationship you already have – without replacing your role, taking ownership of your client relationship or forcing you into financing work outside your normal scope.

1. Protect the Client Relationship

You remain the client’s existing adviser and relationship holder while GMFG takes responsibility for the financing mandate it accepts.

2. Extend Your Financing Capability

Bring serious financing requirements to a specialist structured finance advisory team without building that capability or lender network in-house.

3. Participate in Successful Outcomes

Where a registered case progresses and the agreed fee event occurs, referral remuneration is handled under the written commercial terms agreed for that case.

4. Work Across Borders

Introduce suitable clients regardless of where you or the client are based, subject to GMFG review and the applicable professional and compliance requirements.

You keep the relationship.
GMFG takes on the financing process.
